On the 27th of June, I’ll be running 4 miles every 4 hours for 24 hours — in support of Brighton’s FMG Project.
I’m no Goggins. I’m not even a runner, really. So yes, this will suck. But it’s worth it.
As a coach, I see every day how powerful training can be — it gave me purpose when I had none, and it’s changed my life completely.
FMG gives that same chance to young people who need it most. Through free gym-based coaching, they help teens build confidence, structure and life skills — and some even go on to become coaches themselves.
If you can donate or share, I’d really appreciate it.
